In preparation for a workshop, I was researching various topics, and came across the work of Kristin Neff, featured below. I saw it as so relevant and inspiring given that I find my work following this line of thinking in terms of loving the self and introducing mindfulness to my clients. I myself have been trying to have more self compassion and practice mindfulness. I invite you to look at the video and do your own research on the topic and realize how beneficial it can be to your daily life.
